This is totally anathema to the ethos of Bitcoin and goes against everything Satoshi set out to accomplish when he launched Bitcoin in 2009.
I do believe in due process and the inalienable rights of individuals to get a fair shot in the courts.

As we approach Bitcoin's third block subsidy halving, it is incredible to take a step back, scan the horizon, and review all of the incredible things that have been built.
The haters will tell you privacy on bitcoin is a lost cause. They are sorely mistaken.
I think a lot of people in "crypto" are missing the forrest for the trees by focusing on crazy "DeFi" schemes and novel applications of "blockchain technology".
